Welcome to the 3D Technology Research and Application Lab. Our lab is located in School of Information Science and Engineering, Henan Technology University, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China. We focus on the research of 3D scanning, 3D data processing and various applications. We have the ability to scan, processing and 3D printing and can provide the whole solution of the issues in 3D technique.

3D shape measurement

We try to employ the technology of fringe pattern profilometry to measure the 3D shape of the object. It can be applied to industy, entertainment and other fields. Currently we focus on the moving objects reconstruction.

3D printing

Our lab has developed the 3D printer by ourselves and verified the performance in the market. We have the FDM printers with different printing volume and the DLP printer is in developing.

3D application

We have developed the system to reconstruct the 3D information with CT data. It is used for medical data analyze. After reconstruction and processing, the reconstructed object can be printed and shown to the doctor.
